These guidelines are set to be a foundation for both of us to move from. My practice differs from massage or traditional talk therapy in that my work is multi- dimensional & therefore deeply intense; so I only schedule two in person clients a day (three if an emergency). This is why scheduling communication is critical. Thank you for appreciating this.
In 30 years of ministry, counseling, healing work - I am always surprised at what and how we can allow our human wounds to create chaos in our lives. The following is to prevent as much chaos as possible. They are stated in love. I believe in and aim to offer my clients 100% responsibility, integrity and intention. This is done in an atmosphere of faith, love and humor. I work from home, a Farm on 30 acres of bucolic land; a sanctuary for deer, fox, groundhog, heron, hawk, coyote and more. You are welcomed to sit outside after your session and enjoy the property.
If I am not at the door waiting for you, it will be un-locked. Please come in and make yourself comfortable to the left, in the living room. I will be with you shortly.
· A first session can run from up to 2.5 hrs. Follow up sessions 1.5-2 hours. The fee is 75.00 per session.
· Please refrain from wearing any perfumes. Thank you.
· We have no pets. I do burn incense. If you find this offensive, please let me know.
· If you are a body work client, wear comfortable, (loose), clothing or feel free to bring clothing to change into.
· If you are running late, please call. More than 15 minutes late I assume you are not coming.
· If you miss or other wise are late more than once or unable to make 2 sessions please know we will then chat about your intentions. After a third session being missed, rescheduled or canceled I will no longer be able to be your practitioner. (Emergencies are all-ways exceptions.)
· I use to charge a full appointment fee for missed appointments and/or less than a one day notice – and now that no longer feels good. My hope is that you will put yourself first, your healing first, and make every available effort to listen clearly to what your body and heart need and want.
· I do make house call appointments. (within a 20 minute one way drive) The fee is 100.00. This is to have a session in your home. This usually is done because you cannot drive due to surgery or other. This must be in a private space with no interruptions. If your home is small, we want to be assured of no noise. I do not bring my table, we create perfect space elsewhere. If you have a dog, please have him contained. Thank you.
